Feeling worried?

Just like in the story, Ruby's Worry, ignoring our worries can sometimes just make things feel worse!

Ruby's Worry - Give Us A Story!

Ruby just loves being Ruby... Until one day when a worry comes along. Ruby doesn't tell anyone at first, but finds her worry goes away when she starts talking to her friends... Lovely little book and guide for little people

At school, there are a number of ways we can share our worries. Different people find it helpful to share worries in different ways – some like to talk about them, others find it harder to do so.

Remember that in school, you can share your worries with a trusted adult. We can't promise to make your worries disappear, but talking about them might help you to manage them.

If you find it tricky to talk, every classroom has a worry box that you can put your worry into. Remember to listen carefully during our PSHE lessons, too, as we may talk about your worries - you may even discover that other children have the same worries as you!
