Head's Welcome

Head of School - Mrs. Rebecca Wilks

I joined Wychbold First and Nursery School and the Rivers MAT in September 2022. It is a privilege to be a part of the community in Wychbold; the parents, children and staff are such a fantastic team. At Wychbold, we pride ourselves on our warm and welcoming approach, so please feel free to arrange a visit with us at any time!

Assistant Headteacher - Mr. James Ayers

The team in Wrens are highly experienced Early Years Practitioners who are constantly seeking opportunities to make learning creative and engaging for very young children.  

Miss Bromley is also one of our deputy designated safeguarding leads and leads reading and phonics across the school.

SENDCo

Mrs Hounsell is our SENDCO, she coordinates our support for children who may need some extra help with their learning. 

Our learning support team provides support across the school for a range of different needs, both educational and pastoral.

Mrs Danielle Portman, Mrs Sarah Hetherington, Mr Lee Davies and Miss Deborah Smith provide the care and support to the children who come to wraparound care, and work throughout the week to provide fun activities.

Office Staff

Miss Jenni Lune the office manager looks after all aspects of the office including meet and greet, administration, finance and health and safety. She is a very busy lady!

Site Security and Maintenance

Mr Kevin Hill helps to ensure all the maintenance jobs are kept up to date and our site is kept safe
